when do you go for fishing or camping, do u take too much stuff?

i mean what do you need apart from some medicines, camping/fishing gear etc?

i’ve been told that i should get some good clothes while going to fishing, not sure what he meant, does anyone know about it?
and that” good clothes” where do i buy them?
